Any change or cancellation not due to weather must be made no later than 24 hours in advance of the lesson. Cancellations/changes for Sunday lessons must be done by Friday 2:00 PM (14:00) prior to the lesson. For changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson, you will be charged 50% of the lesson booked. If it is 6 hours before the lesson, you will be charged the full amount.

For packages of 5 lessons: 

If for any reason you want or need to cancel the package after we have worked together, you will receive a refund of 50% of the remaining cost of the lessons.

For packages of 10 lessons (10% discount): 

If for any reason you want or need to cancel the package after we have worked together, you will receive a refund of 50% of the remaining cost of the lessons. Please note you will not receive a discount on the lessons taken. If you cancel after 6 lessons, you will not receive a refund.

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days following notification of cancellation.
